Wij verwerken uw gegevens om de dienst te leveren, uw aankoop-/hypotheekproces te beheren, communicatie met uw makelaar en adviseur mogelijk te maken en aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen. Grondslag: uitvoering van de overeenkomst, uw toestemming en gerechtvaardigd belang (AVG artikel 6).
Uw gegevens worden gedeeld met de aan uw dossier gekoppelde makelaar en hypotheekadviseur. Onze verwerkers hosten de gegevens namens ons: Supabase (database en authenticatie) en Google Firebase (hosting). Wij verkopen uw gegevens niet voor marketingdoeleinden.
Wij bewaren uw gegevens gedurende de looptijd van de dienst en de geldende wettelijke bewaartermijnen; daarna verwijderen of anonimiseren wij ze.
U heeft recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, dataportabiliteit en bezwaar. U kunt uw toestemming te allen tijde intrekken. U kunt uw account op elk moment definitief verwijderen in de app via Profiel > Account verwijderen; daarmee verdwijnen uw account, profiel en meldingsregistraties. Het dossier zelf (documenten en correspondentie) blijft bij het makelaarskantoor, dat daarvoor een eigen wettelijke bewaarplicht heeft. Overige verzoeken: privacy@koopflow.nl. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen (versleutelde communicatie, toegangscontroles).
De app gebruikt de minimaal noodzakelijke cookies/lokale opslag om uw sessie te behouden. Wij gebruiken geen marketing-trackingcookies.
Wij kunnen dit beleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De actuele versie staat altijd in de app.

We process your data to provide the service, manage your purchase/mortgage process, enable communication with your estate agent and advisor, and comply with legal obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract, your consent and legitimate interest (GDPR article 6).
Your data is shared with the estate agent and mortgage advisor assigned to your file. Our processors host the data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication) and Google Firebase (hosting). We do not sell your data for marketing.
We retain your data for the duration of the service and applicable statutory retention periods; afterwards we delete or anonymise it.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may withdraw consent at any time. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app via Profile > Delete account; this removes your account, profile and notification registrations. The file itself (documents and correspondence) stays with the estate agency, which has its own statutory duty to retain it. Other requests: privacy@koopflow.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted communication, access controls).
The app uses the minimum necessary cookies/local storage to maintain your session. We do not use marketing tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available in the app.

Verilerinizi; hizmeti sunmak, ev alım/mortgage sürecinizi yönetmek, emlakçı ve hipotek danışmanınızla iletişimi sağlamak ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için işleriz. Hukuki dayanak: sözleşmenin ifası, açık rızanız ve meşru menfaat (AVG/GDPR madde 6).
Verileriniz, dosyanıza atanmış emlakçı ve hipotek danışmanı ile paylaşılır. Ayrıca hizmet sağlayıcılarımız (işleyenler) verileri bizim adımıza barındırır: Supabase (veritabanı ve kimlik doğrulama) ve Google Firebase (barındırma). Verilerinizi pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmayız.
Verilerinizi hizmet süresince ve geçerli yasal saklama yükümlülükleri boyunca saklarız; bu sürenin sonunda sileriz veya anonim hâle getiririz.
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği ve işlemeye itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Verdiğiniz rızayı istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden Profil > Hesabımı sil ile kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; bu işlem hesabınızı, profilinizi ve bildirim kayıtlarınızı siler. Dosyanın kendisi (belgeler ve yazışmalar) emlak ofisinde kalır: ofisin bu kayıtlar için kendi yasal saklama yükümlülüğü vardır. Diğer talepleriniz için: privacy@koopflow.nl. Ayrıca Hollanda Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) şikayette bulunabilirsiniz.
Verilerinizi korumak için uygun teknik ve idari önlemler alırız (şifreli iletişim, erişim kontrolleri, yetki bazlı erişim).
Uygulama, oturumunuzu sürdürmek için gerekli asgari çerez/yerel depolamayı kullanır. Pazarlama amaçlı takip çerezi kullanmayız.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman uygulama içinde yer alır.
